Wei & Her Viola

My name is Wei. I play the viola — specifically, a 16⅝-inch instrument built for me by Helen Michetschläger in Manchester, modelled on a Gasparo da Salò.

Apart from playing by myself and in community orchestras, I also contribute by preparing program notes which you can see here as well.

At most of my concerts, you'll spot a lovely boy wandering around with a funny gift. He's the most fun to talk to — go ask him what it's about!
